Serie A: Roma 4-0 Inter

vs.

SHAME!!!

So this is what it looks like when the players don't give a shit.  I don't blame Ranieri for the extremely defensive starting lineup because Forlan, Sneijder couldn't take a crap without getting injured.  But I blame him for replacing a striker in Pazzini with a defensive mid like Poli when we needed to score goals.  What the hell was his intention? Defend Roma's two-goal lead?  I don't get it.

Then there's Maicon.  Nothing is more disgusting than an uninterested Maicon.  The guy doesn't give a shit.  For three straight games now from Lecce, to Palermo and now this, he did absolutely NOTHING.  I said during the game that if Maicon is not benched for the next league game, I'm gonna do something illegal.  Luckily he is suspended so now he has over a week to look at himself in a mirror because he has totally given up on the team.

FORZA INTER PER SEMPRE!

it was painfull to see the team played like yesterday... I can't even stand to keep watching. Hopefully, there will be some kind of improvement in the next match.

I feel very much the same way you do Chainsaw. I love Moratti for all he has done for the club I have supported since 1990. It seems pretty clear to me that a new economic reality has taken over and austerity is the new norm. If that is the case, then why not just say it publicly? That would make everyone tolerant of Inter's incompetance in the last 2 seasons. But even more to the point, I am becoming resentful of this ridiculously poor rebuilding job that has taken place. Branca is on the hook for that, so seeing him fired may no tbe out of the question.

I have huge respect for what Massimo Moratti has invested in the club in nearly 2 decades and he is one of the reasons I started supporting Inter. I have a soft spot for the man. But I should be honest with one thing: Moratti has always been clueless from a footballing point of view. With all the money he has spent on Inter all these years Inter should have had more CLs and all other titles now than just having one CL after 45 years. The guy needs serious directions and help from people around him to manage the money he's spending so the right players and coaches come and go. Since Facchetti is not among us anymore and by what we're witnessing right now it is obvious that the people around him are once again incompetent ones to lead the club in the right direction. Marco Branca is a big question mark for me now. I dunno how's those two relationship now but clearly that combo is not working fine together. Inter's scouts, alongside Branca are doing a very poor job in managing the club and investing in young talented players. God knows how many quality players the club has missed out in the last years, the players who were young, quality and not simply overpriced that were going to be beyond Inter's reach. But the club failed them all one by one and continued their confused policies of bringing in half-ass solutions and keeping almost all the age big waged players in the squad, while you can't really see any improvement in the team since last year.

I never rated Ranieri and never will. But let's not make a scapegoat out of him just like many did with Benitez, Leonardo and Gasperini. The main problem lies once again with the management. In Moratti and Branca who bring in these guys to the club without even supporting them. Moratti if he's not interested or capable of investing in the club anymore then he should simply let somone else do it. If he's gonna stick with the it then just manage it right. Don't just leave it there like a castaway. It's a mess we have right now. Either fix it up or just let go of it man!

i really wish we could have another transfer market in march or april. i guess we could sell sneijder, alvarez, castaignos, zarate, or other attacking players. then we can have new reinforcement player with full and super power offensive or creativity such nigfl de jong, mascherano, diarra, or khedira, gago, etc. here it is, a quality attack smiliar to barcelona, hahahahaha

Damn Chainsaw, that would be hilarious if it weren't so painful.

I think Ranieri is confused. He thinks Luis Enrique is still with Barcelona so that's the team Inter are facing today. Thus, he's decided to play with 9 defenders like everyone else who plays against Barcelona.

sell sneijder, get lucas, hazard, and neymar or goetze. then we will stronger than this kind of crap team. and play a new formation like 4-2-3-1:
JC; zanetti, lucio, samuel, juan; guarin, cambiasso; lucas, alvarez, hazard; pazzini/milito. with 3 creative players like that, pazzini will be soooo deadly. and we're gonna win everything

and this is why im giving 4 for our mercato, no winger or creative player. this inter will never win anything with this kind of team (defensive minded midfield?????? WTF???) with lazy ass strikers that cant even dribble the ball. sucks man. just sucks. there's only sneijder and alvarez who is creative and it is not enough. they are not creative enough. they're not able to make the attacking side to do the job well. WE NEED WIDE PLAYERS SIR MORATTI. WE NEED DRIBBLERS NOT ANOTHER CENTRAL MIDFIELD! WTH????? WE NEED WINGER!!! poli, palombo, cambiasso, guarin, obi which one could dribble the ball well?? none! what kind of team you are trying to build ranieri????????? so dissapointing. am not surprise if we're playing long ball every single game.

How dare you KElie?! It's 4-4-2, with 4 midfielders helping out the defence. Modern day catenaccio! Ranieri's dreadful style+ Inter's current squad = match made in heaven!
