Zanetti during the game requested a change for him.
The Nerazzurri striker, Mario Balotelli, after 45 minutes of the first half was walking in the midfield, was slow, and disinterested. Maicon and Eto'o went to him several times to wake him up but the situation for Mario, however, was not improved as Zanetti, as reported by Sky, had requested a substitution for him before the entry of Quaresma but he was the replacement for Stankovic.
At the game of the game, Sky has revealed the reason for the laziness by Mario is because, in reality, the Nerazzuri player had a fever of 101.3, a very high temperature. At this point the question arises, why risking him at these conditions?
