Milan City Council Blocking Inter's Stadium Plan

San Siro is complicating things. The Milan City Council on Thursday night has blocked the project for the construction to build a stadium for Inter. During the meeting, the opposition succeeded in passing an amendment that makes building a stadium would be much more complicated and expensive for the team of Massimo Moratti.

Why does it seem like the entire world is out to get us. Or really just all of Italy. Always trying to salt the earth so we can not grow.
