Moratti wants to include Muntari into negotiations.

After Balotelli is practically sold and contacts for Maicon from Real have also strengthen, the management of Inter is moving forward on important acquisitions on the market.  Javier Mascherano, yesterday, officially asked to be transferred to Inter and this would probably be his destiny.  The reds are still trying to find agreement with Inter for the midfielder.  The request, according to the latest rumors, has been lower from 30 to 25 million euros, an important step but not enough.  Moratti does not want to invest that kind of money for El Jefecito.  His idea is to include Muntari into the deal, who is not needed for Benitez (especially if Mascherano arrives) and he is liked by Roy Hodgson, the Liverpool coach.

For now, this package is the Ghanaian plus 15 million euros, a proposal is not really what Liverpool are looking for due to the fact that they are trying to get cash to solve the budget problems.  In the coming days, the two team will have many phone calls trying to shave the difference in supply and demand.
