Champions League: Bayern 2-3 Campione d'Europa

Posted by anonymous on March 15, 2011 at 5:39 PM

I am crying like a girl right now.  We never gave up even when we were getting owned by them.  I am so proud of the boys and about the way they fought to get through.  This is what great champions are made of.  They all counted us out but we proved them wrong.

Eto'o and Sneijder were superb tonight.  The entire game it was up to them to create chances for us.

Pandev screwed us the entire game.  From his horrible touches to his block (Cambiasso's shot) that looked like going in.  But at the end, out of nowhere, dude sent us to the quarterfinals.  A big thank you to Pandev but he still is not very good.

The heck to the Germans especially Van Gaal for talking shit the entire time even back to last year.

FC INTERNAZIONALE DI MILANO: The only Italian team to the Champions League quarterfinals.

FORZA GRANDE INTER!!!!!

Let's be realistic. Pandev was crap all match long. He made a nice pass for Eto's goal and scored the winner, that does excuse some. I think he's lost when Inter play with 2 up front (which is most of the time). With Pazzini cup tied he may be the best solution, but that doesn't make him a great option.

Did you miss Pandev's assist on Eto'o's goal cos you were so busy calling him shit? Come on man -- credit where credit is due!

I can tell you that at least 6-7 times, Pandev screwed up an Inter attack. Not only that, he blocked Sneijder's shot which looked to be going in.

He got the winner and it is all good. Otherwise, he was one of the worst player on the field.

I think Lucio needs to stay home all the time. He couldn't create anything going forward beside spaces for the opponent. Thanks God we still have Ranocchia. He was one of the heroes too.

I will be the 1st to admit, I WAS WRONG!!! HAHA!

I feel Real Madrid will be next. I just hope that this wont hurt our league form, b/c one or two mis steps and good-bye Scudetto. Do you guys think that Inter can win the UCL?

The very first step of making your team CL winner is NOT buying Ibrahimovic. :D

I got a feeling, this is going somewhere. Bavarians are strong at home, Inter have an uphill to climb, Ribery is too good for the Inter Defense. Well, The media forgot to mention that WE ARE THE CHAMPS OF THE WORLD!!! Van Gaal said Inter play defensively but we play defense when we need to and know when to score one more than you Moron! I knew they were scared just like Barcelona's last year infamous slogans on their t-shirts! We deserved It guys! Forza La Beneamata! Always flying the Italian flag around! Where is Bilan! O wait they have Ibra! We have Eto'o! OOOOOOOOPS!

Ya being able to get the boys motivated is key after a great season last year.

I'm feeling Barca or Real Madrid next.

Leo is still a new coach. Its gonna take time and he will fuck up now and then. The end result should be worth it imo. However we had a supposed "tactician" In Rafa the fat bastard, look how well that worked. The boys love Leo and play their hearts out for him. He's also got balls to rip Stankovic out for Coutinho, one of the turning points in our favor.

Leonardo's tactics have been questionable at times but you just can not deny that the guys are playing their hearts out for him. FORWARD WITH LEO!!!

I have to go to the next round at San Siro. Leo has the boys believing in themselves and each other again, anything is possible.
