Robben Almost An Inter Player?

Posted by anonymous on March 24, 2011 at 7:13 PM

Arjen Robben, Bayern Munich midfielder and Dutch international, will wear the shirt of Inter next year based on the evidence collected so far which all lead to the same conclusion that the Dutch will leave Munich and likely to land in Milan in the next session of transfer season.  The price of the deal is now known, 30 million euros as Massimo Moratti will pour into the coffers of the Bavarian club to secure the signature of the player.  And if there were going to be any interruptions, the price should not rise higher than 35 million.

Robben has already received several offers from other teams, but the will of the midfielder would be joining Milan, the Inter side, to find himself at Pinetina with friend Sneijder.  Other interested clubs are Manchester United and City, Barcelona as well as Milan.  Bayern Munich obviously would not be willing to let the player leave, but if the Dutch were to submit a formal transfer request, this could be in the favor of Inter.

it's either Sanchez or Robben, the dutchman is more expensive, older and often injured

That's true Carlos. Inter are the oldest team in Serie A. I used to laugh at Milan because they were so old a couple of years ago, but now it's us. Having sold Ballotelli didn't help on that end. No way Inter get Bayern best players, but others could happen. I'd love to see Branca's shopping list.

I'd love to see Robben and Schwenie as nerazzuri. I hope it happens. We really need to buy for next season to keep being competitive-

Absloutely ridiculous. Bayern are one of Europe's wealthiest clubs. They don't need to sell anyone they want to keep and Robben has been their most creative player. Won't happen.
