Serie A: Cesena 1-2 Inter

Posted by anonymous on April 30, 2011 at 11:14 AM

vs.

I missed the entire match except for the first 13 minutes so fuck me.  Anyway here are the facts:

1. Milito is and has been useless this season.

2. Pazzini is useless outside the box.

His two fisnishes were at good at they can get.  He needs services and once he gets them, things like today can happen.  Forza Inter.

No way! Keep coming with the negativity, I love it! LOL

It's not negativity if he's being a realist. It's been a very mediocre season and anyone who thinks the squad doesn't need to be revitalized is in Fantasyland. This is the oldest squad in Serie A. I used to laugh at Galliani's signings when each one was older than the last, but not now. I would gladly accept 2 seasons of no titles if it meant the club were aligning a younger and more dynamic squad.

I co-sign your ideas, Sangue Nerrazzuro, except for Leo.
I mean, I've always been FOR Leo and I think we never really thanked him for what he did between January and April (-13 to.. -2 or something?), but now I star to worry. How the fuck can he leave Pazzini on the bench and let play Milito instead? And Pandev??? And what's with Coutinho? The boy doesn't even make it to the bench no more? He was awesome under Benitez (screw THAT fool anyway). And why didn't Mariga get more time to play?
Too many questions, and there isn't any right answer.
What happened between Leo and the youngsters?

And no no no no no, it wasn't Leo who got us 3 points yesterday. HE picked 2 wrong players, like he did too often recently. And that's why we didn't get the scudetto.
So, as he will apparently stay at Inter next season, either he starts learning to pick the right players quickly or the next year will be a very hard one too.
I can only say André V. Boas.

Dude, I love your site and all, but sometimes your negativity before and especially after games is hard for me to stomach. Look we Nerrazzurri have had a crazy season this term and I can speak for myself when I say that I went sleepless nights this year because of many of our below par performances. Had you of watched todays game you would truly understand how special this team still is and the hunger that we still have. Granted we played a shitty 80 mins. But Leo made the right adjustments and rest just fell into place. This is a sport where coming from behind is ridiculously hard and we seem to do it quite often, and not just this year but in years past.
Keep the faith, If any team can pull off miracles, you have to know that it's Inter. I agree that Milito is dead to me too. No excuse for the way he's playing at the end of the season. I would love to see Pandev die, and we are getting older however the quality is there and with Moratti and Branca at the helm, I am already looking forward to next season. All is not lost. The Coppa Italia is ours and the Scudetto hasn't been secured just yet.
FORZA INTERISTI!!!! We need to believe in this team!!!!

SacTown exactly. I also love how he genuinely tries to fight for the ball. He doesn't give up on chances. He shows the desire I don't see from Milito anymore. Given Pazzo's age he must be the striker we keep.

Pazzini is the new starting striker for Inter. Very appreciative of what Milito did but the past is the past and Pazzini is the future. With proper service, Pazzini is capable of doing what he did today.
