Inter To Have 70 Million Pounds To Attack Premier League Stars - Report

Posted by anonymous on April 17, 2011 at 7:20 PM

Inter Milan President Massimo Moratti has given the green light for a £70 million summer raid on the Premier League.

The Italian oil tycoon wants to make two big-name signings, with Carlos Tevez and Cesc Fabregas or Samir Nasri at the top of his wish list. Moratti is even willing to throw one of his own star names as well as cash into the bargain for Fabregas or Nasri, with Brazil defender Maicon, Dutch ace Wesley Sneijder, or Argentina forward Diego Milito on their way out of the San Siro.

Tevez has long been a target for Inter, who tried to sign the Manchester City star during Jose Mourinho’s reign. And the fact he twice handed in transfer requests at Eastlands this season has given them added hope that he can be snared.

Arsenal duo Fabregas and Nasri, however, were not expected to be Serie A targets.

Fabregas has been on Barcelona’s radar for the previous two summers while Nasri has gone off the boil after an electric first half of the season.

However, that has not deterred Moratti, who met Inter’s technical staff, directors and sponsors last week to discuss summer spending. Money will be pumped in to the Italian giants by new sponsors from the Gulf states, giving Inter a huge war chest.

==========

I know that this report is likely BS but it's still fun to talk about this upcoming summer transfer market.  This is just fantasy football talk so everything goes even bias and stupidity :D:

Maicon: 15 ---------- Kolarov: 13

Chivu: 5 ---------- Andreolli: 4

Materazzi: retired ---------- Sahin: 15

Stankovic: 6 ----------Sandro: 10 million

I still think Roben is much better than Sanchez or Tevez. He wants to leave Munich anyway; shouldn't be hard to get.

Nasri has 1 year left on his contract, so I think his price can't be more than 20 million :D

I dont like it. Nasri or Modric for 18 million...HAHAHAH!! I WISH, more like 40 million.
Sandro...eh, Sahin ....eh....

I like Tevez or Sanchez.
Why Kolarov, he has been terrible. and for 13 million....

Pastore is super inconsistent and Aguero is going to be worth at least 40 million, and will have to adjust to Serie A.

and regarding coach: Villas bOas will go to EPL, Mourinho not to INter(wont happen), Capello....HAHAHA!!
Sorry, not happening.

Barca came last summer with a bid for Pastore at 40m. Palermo said no and have since signed him to a new imporved contract.

Aguero is hot and cold. You can never tell what player is going to show up with him. One day he's brilliant, the next he's transparent.

Gotta say. Sandro's fantasy island is kicking the shit out of mine. 11 new players in the staring lineup with Pastore and Aguero... I'll have what he's having. LMAO!!!!!!!!

That's funny SacTown. This is deifnitely fantasyland. Neither Modric or Nasri will be available for any less than 30m. There goes the budget! As much as I can't stand Rossi for fucking the USA NT like he has, the guy is a great player and could be huge at Inter. Eto'o would link up with him almost immediately. And you talk about the Primavera, but let's face it.....Inter's track record on forming useful primavera players is hardly inspiring. I'm not holding my breath on that one.

Viviano
Santon
Rannochia / Galeano (intependiente)
Dominguez (atl. madrid)
Coentrao (benfica)
Nuri Sahin(dortmund) / Obi / Banega (valencia)
Montelivo (fiorentina) / Mariga
Pastore (palermo) / Coutinho
Sanchez (udinese)
Pazzini
Aguero (atl. madrid) / Rossi (villareal)

All the other players should be from primavera...
- how the team should look like, in a couple of years.. i know it can happen , but.. wow a team it could be..
if they just sell all the other players maybe its possible..
Cambiasso , Materazzi , Cordoba , Stankovic , Chivu , Pandev , Suazo , Muntari , Maicon , J. Cecar , ... And get very much form Eto'o and Sniejder.. then start an build a young an better team , then we have a bright faeture!!
FORZA INTER !!!

What is the source?

Anyway have you read the two articles at Fcinternews saying that Mou is an opportunist and he now will come back to Inter knowing that Moratti would do anything to please him and that is also why Inter is shifting it's focus from Sanchez to Tevez mainly because Mou wants Tevez and Fabregas which I think never will happen. But Tevez is doable.

And that Roman would prefer Guardiola to Mourinho to coach Chelsea, Ancelotti going to Roma and we all know Ferguson isn't going anywhere in the next 2-5 years and City is not an option for Mou and now it's becoming clear that Villas Boas is going to Liverpool.

And Mourinho has infuriated the Spanish press not only the Catalan but even the Madrid based papers and he's lashing out at everybody in Madrid and if Jose doesn't bring any silverware and bring Barcelona down in these coming El Classicos he will be fired by Perez and Valdano who already seems to be fed up and even if he wins the CL he himself would like to leave Spain and as I see it there is only one destination for him and that is Fc Internazionale. Mourinho is missed in Italy and I believe he misses Italy too.

He loves us and we love him and the whole world have seen what a tremendous affection he has for us and for Moratti.

And if Leonardo is reading this I hope you go back to hell (MIlan) you must be the biggest trojan horse on this planet.

Just sell Pandev, Muntari, Suazo, Obinna, Cordoba and Chivu.

Eto'o, Milito, Maicon, Coutinho, Obi, and Sneijder doesn't have to go anywhere. Just collect the checks from these above let Moratti invest 30 from his pocket and voila we can get Tevez or Sanchez or even both if we ship some primavera players in between and maybe Sahin. Play Cuchu in his primary position and many of our problems would be solved.

And Kharja sometimes can sound like Chara which in Arabic means shit. And that is what he is. Too bad he seems like a good guy but seeing Coutinho and Obi being dropped for this fool is traumatizing for many of us.

Kolarov is also shit we have primavera players who should be brought up to the first team.

We don't need Genoa like summer sales we have a solid group our problem is just that we have a hippie for a coach with no tactis what so ever and that he is picking his starting eleven on which has the most tactical skill because he Leonardo himself doesn't possesses tactical skill and only that is a big fucking fail.

A lot of reading but I hope the most make sense I do however recognize that Mourinho coming to Inter is a dream but one can hope.

Forza Pazza Inter!
