Confirmations are keep coming on the signing of Alvarez, this time, it is coming from the Velez president himself who said that: "There were three clubs who really wanted Alvarez but we have met with the officials from Inter several times and we are now near completiong of the last meeting.  The deal is almost closed for 12 million.  Alvarez has a great desire to do well but the idea of Velez is to keep 15% of this card."
