There's Ilicic And Real Will Return For Maicon

THERE IS ILICIC IN THE VIEW OF INTER

AND REAL RETURN FOR MAICON

Contact for the 23 year-old Slovenian who is asking Palermo for a raise.

The Brazilian's agent: "Mou will soon make an offer to Inter."

Milan - So after the mini treble is stored in storage, Inter will now focus on the transfer market.  The season finale has suggested that there will not be revolutions but there are going to be some tweaking here and there.  Especially going younger with those who are ready for our league.  A picture that fits Josip Ilicic, 23 year-old attacking midfielder of Palermo, perfectly.  And the Italian Cup final was the opportunity to contact the Slovenian boy.

Does not exclude Sanchez Ilicic is really loved by Massimo Moratti, and at Palermo, he is only making 250 thousand euros per season.  Arriving with his compatriot Bacinovic last summer, he is linked with the club of Zamparini, who paid 2.2 million to Maribor, until 2015.  After a super year, his agent wants a touch up to 700 thousand euros and is prepared to talk extension until 2016.  Both parties are still a long way apart and here, Inter could step in and be a part of this negotiation.  But Moratti and Branca do not want to force anyone's hand as they will remain but they will leave Palermo to take first position.  In case of failure, the club of Nerazzurri is ready to tighten.  They are well aware the price tag of the boy who scored 8 goals in 45 appearances in his first season in Italy, Zamparini is unlikely to settle for less than 10-12 million.  The arrival of Ilicic, among other things, should not exclude that of Sanchez.  Leo could bring two talented players born in '88 to play in a 4-2-3-1.  And with the arrival of Dutch striker Castaignos ('92), selling at least 2 strikers in current team is likely.

Maicon-Real The other key movement for Inter is Sisenando Maicon, although none of the parties are pushing for a farewell.  The 29 year-old Brazilian is happy at Inter and Inter do not want to discard one of the best fullbacks in the world.  But after the rejecting Real 12 months ago, things may change  in the strategies of the Nerazzurri.  In an interview with Radio Radio yesterday, Roberto Calenda revealed that: "After that last summer when president Moratti put his feet down to keep Maicon, perhaps not to give one of his best players to Mourinho who had just gone to Madrid, we still need to see what Inter will do now because Maicon remains an objective of Mou and Real are considering a new offer."  Then Perez offered 22-25 million but Inter were asking for 30-35 and nothing came out of it.  Now that offer, even lower, could suffice.

Marc says...
Now is the time to sell Maicon for sure (actually alst summer the best time but that's long gone). This guy pouted through half the season because Inter did not let him go to Real last summer. From August through Decmeber he was a joke. He was better starting in Jan. but by then I saw where his mind was. Get rid of him! What a shame too. In the treble year he was awesome.

Players like Maicon who rely on phyisical force and fitness instead of technique often lose it quickly after the age of 30. I hope he does go to Real Madrid. 30m?? Bank it!

Agreed. Cash in on him while we can and bring back Davide.

I really hope we keep Maicon. I mean, Naga ain't half bad, but he is far from Maicon. And without Maicon, we got Chivu or Il Capitano on the left (Naga takes right), and we all know Chivu on the left (did kinda good last season, but if he is going to be in our defense, I'd rather see him as a CB). Zanetti is good, but I'd rather see him working together with Maicon as a midfielder.
